Steph attended the "Clash of the Titans" premiere two nights ago in a cosmic Akiko Ogawa black dress with an asymmetrical burst of dark-colored embellishments that perfectly accented her sparkly blue eyes. Stephanie topped off her LBD with a small black leather clutch and peep-toe pumps.
It was a gorgeous dress, but we were sure we had seen it before. Sure enough, Ashley Tisdale rocked the frock at the Nickelodeon’s 2009 Kids’ Choice Awards a year ago. So who rocked this dress?
