Heidi Montag: Hosts the PURE Halloween Party

It looks like they never left!
Reunited spouses Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt packed on the PDA in Las Vegas on Saturday, where Montag, 24, hosted Pure nightclub's Halloween Haunt. Pratt, 26, dressed as a Close-Encounters-style alien; Montag skipped a costume, but showed off her surgically-enhanced curves in a gold mini-dress.
Montag Tweeted about her DIY beauty prep before the party: "Doing my own hair and makeup for my event tonight. This is the first time in 3 years!"
Although the duo have turned up for plenty of private photo ops, the costume bash was the first red carpet event they've attended since April.
A lot has happened since then. The Hills, the MTV reality show that made them reality stars, aired its final episode. And over the summer, the pair (who married in April 2009) separated, filed for divorce and then reunited.
Multiple insiders told Us the split and reconciliation were part of an elaborate publicity stunt.
"Fortunately, we are together," Montag told Doug Elfman of Las Vegas Review-Journal on Thursday, "It's been a long summer, and we are together, and I'm so excited to be in Vegas together."
The reality star, who famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, added that she loves her new look. "I'm definitely feeling the best I've ever felt."
One thing that's definitely real: Montag's sad isolation from most of her friends and family. Her mom Darlene Egelhoff hasn't seen her daughter in nine months, and is now working as a maid in Crested Butte, Colo. to make ends meet.

Audrina Patridge hosted a Halloween bash at The Bank Nightclub at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday night (October 30).
Joined by boyfriend Corey Bohan, Drina donned a sexy little black, white and red ensemble while visiting the DJ booth in between time with her man on the dance floor.

Truth Be Told

Full disclosure -- I almost didn't blog this outfit. But my husband nagged me about it (he was saying something how I told the world that I was going to blog what I wore everyday, something crazy like that) and here I am, blogging the outfit. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a cute outfit, especially when I had it on and all, I just think it lacked a belt and some jewels. Lesson learned -- more accessories. But Bryan has made an honest woman out of me, so in other words I wore this yesterday.
Now since I'm being honest, you must too. Do you blog outfits that aren't your favorites or do you hide those outfits like your high school senior pictures? Sometimes I want to run and hide after I see an outfit on the computer screen. Please tell me you guys are the same way. I'm begging you here. So 'fess up ladies -- do you blog all of your outfits, the good, the bad, and the ugly?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt's Pumpkin Beach Romp

Getting into the holiday spirit, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted having a pumpkin of a good time while out near their Los Angeles home on Thursday afternoon (October 28).
During the course of the day's photo op, the former "Hills" lovers frolicked along the sandy shoreline, grabbing up a rocky perch for a little PDA before heading back to the homefront.
The outing comes just after Heidi's mom, Darlene Egelhoff, recently spoke with press about having to become a maid due to the economic downturn.
Also telling that she hasn't spoken with her daughter in nine months, Egelhoff was asked whether Heidi knows of her current cash-strapped status, to which she replied, "No, I don't."

Omg how much better does Spencer look with that pumpkin head? ;)
